I'm so glad you're here. This space is for the woman who's ready to move differently, eat meaningfully, and reconnect with her body after years of feeling at war with it. Whether you're just beginning or rebuilding your relationship with food and movement, you belong here.

  •  I started my fitness journey at 14, but quickly became trapped in the belief that thinner was better. That mindset led me into disordered eating patterns for 7 years. I eventually found peace and strength when I began moving and eating for the right reasons. Now, I want to help women do the same - not by chasing skinny, but by honoring their physical and mental health every step of the way. Skinnier doesn't mean healthier. Stronger, grounded, and nourished does.

  • I want to help women heal their relationship with food and their bodies through trauma-aware fitness and compassionate nutrition coaching. My approach combines strength-based movement, consistent nourishment, and intuitive eating. I believe in rebuilding confidence through structure, not restriction. Healing with Hollin is a space where we throw away toxic diet culture, end the binge-restrict cycle, and choose long-term well-being over short-term fixes.

  •  Fitness and nutrition aren't about control - they're about connection. We'll focus on healing your mindset, restoring your energy, and building routines that support who you are and how you want to feel. You'll never be shamed, restricted, or judged here. We'll use education, accountability, movement, and nourishment to walk the healing path together.
